Contact Abett
Some requests the portal cannot serve yet. Rather than leave you guessing which, here is what it does today and who picks up the rest.
Reaching a person
Reply to your most recent email thread with your Abett contact about this feed or report, and say what you need. That thread already has the connection details attached to it, which is usually half the answer.
If you do not have a thread yet, ask whoever at your client asked you for this data to introduce you — Abett works to the client, so they can get you to the right engineer faster than a general inquiry can.
What the portal can do today

Provide data to Abett
Set up an SFTP connection, or add another file to one you already have.

Request data from Abett
Choose and order the fields you want in a report. Requesting it is not available yet — tell your Abett contact what you built.
What it cannot, yet
- Checking on a feed. Whether a file arrived, when, and what happened to it. Ask your Abett contact — they can see it today.
- Reporting a problem with a live feed. Same route. Include the connection name and the date of the file you expected.
- Changing a connection that already exists. Hostnames, keys and schedules still go through Abett.
